Kevin Miller is Senior Vice President of Engineering at Piston Group, where he leads advanced engineering and oversees manufacturing strategy, processes, and facility development. He is responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality, and cost-efficient manufacturing solutions that meet customer and business objectives.

With more than 25 years at Piston Automotive and Piston Group, Kevin has held leadership roles across engineering, operations, quality, IT, purchasing and materials and logistics. His broad expertise and hands-on leadership has been instrumental with driving operational excellence and the expansion of Piston’s North American manufacturing footprint.

Through a systematic and continuous improvement lens, Kevin works closely with customers to develop innovative solutions prioritizing safety, flexibility, and product quality. Kevin has launched dozens of complex programs, including advanced battery assembly and production lines for leading automotive customers.

Kevin was born and raised in the city of Detroit and at a very early age formed a deep-rooted passion for the Automotive Industry. He attended the University of Northwestern Ohio studying Automotive and Diesel Technologies and later completed his executive education at Harvard Business School.
