Dan Lee was appointed President of Piston Interiors in February 2026. In this role, he has full responsibility for all aspects of the business, including strategy, operations, and delivering strong short-term and long-term performance across the organization.

Dan joined Piston Group in July 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years of experience in finance and general management across multiple industries, along with broad international exposure. A highly collaborative business partner, Dan has led complex, enterprise-wide initiatives spanning rapid growth, business integrations, operational turnarounds, and disciplined strategic cost control. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building strong, trust-based relationships and for leading with integrity values that guide both his leadership style and decision-making.

Prior to joining Piston Group, Dan held senior leadership roles at Superior Industries International, Tenneco, XPO Logistics, Aptiv, and ABB, where he developed deep expertise across global manufacturing, automotive, and industri al environments.

Dan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
