Michael Lee serves as President of Detroit Thermal Systems, LLC. He brings nearly 30 years of automotive leadership experience across operations, engineering, commercial strategy, business transformation, and global manufacturing.

Before joining Detroit Thermal Systems, Michael served as President and CEO of SRG Global, where he led a global automotive supplier with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. His previous senior leadership roles at Metalsa, TRW Automotive, Norgren, Webasto, and Ford Motor Company gave him broad experience in manufacturing operations, product engineering, business development, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his career, Michael has led complex business operations, guided transformation initiatives, strengthened customer partnerships, and developed high-performing teams. He is recognized for aligning strategy with execution, improving operational performance, and delivering results in competitive and fast-changing manufacturing environments.

Michael holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
