Melissa Price

As President of AIREA Inc., Melissa R. Price is a recognized leader in the commercial interior industry with over 20 years of experience.

Appointed in 2020, Melissa has a proven record of strategic account development, financial management, organizational development, and multi-site operations leadership, translating strategies into actionable solutions.

Prior to joining the AIREA team, Melissa was Director of Strategy for Leon Speakers in Ann Arbor, serving as an advisor to the Board and Executive team on strategic account development with clients such as Ford, Apple, Sonos, and Shinola. Earlier in her career from 2001 to 2016, Melissa had a very successful tenure at Quicken Loans in Detroit, as the Director of Facilities, where she led the charge (in her very first construction project) moving Quicken Loans Headquarters from the suburbs to Downtown Detroit.

With her success at Quicken Loans, Melissa helped co-found, and later became CEO of Pophouse (formerly dPOP), a commercial interior design firm focused on designing thoughtfully assembled spaces for best in class brands. Melissa has demonstrated sophistication as a world-class leader with a proven track record of fostering innovation, organizational growth, and driving employee engagement while steering company culture and vision.

Melissa currently sits on the board of Bee’s in the D, is a member of YPO, and was recognized in Crain’s Detroit Business 40 under 40. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems/General Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
