Once the line layout is complete, we identify the necessary tool to maximize standardization and minimize cost. Our controls engineering team focuses upon controls logic and error proofing, ensuring standardization from line to line and plant to plant. All sequencing software, machine controls and error proofing / data collection systems are developed and managed in-house. We integrate a manufacturing execution system to provide decision makers with insights into actual operations in real time, providing information needed to optimize performance and increase output.
